For each project, the freelancer opens a space in the client's name and sends them a link. The client has no account to create. In that space, they fill in the kickoff brief, upload the requested files and follow progress. They leave feedback right on the deliverables: a pin on an image or a PDF, a frame-accurate note on a video, a click on an element of a website. They then approve the delivery, pay what was requested and download their deliverables.
