inbord for consultants
An online space for your clients: intake questionnaire, documents and deliverables
With inbord, you open a space for each of your clients. Your client fills in the intake questionnaire, uploads their documents, reviews your deliverables and approves them. They get in through a link, without creating an account.

The usual problems
Documents arrive late
Figures, pricing, org chart: the information asked for at the first meeting often arrives weeks later.
Communication is scattered
Documents and meeting notes are spread across email, Drive and chat. Finding them takes time.
The end of the engagement drags on
The deliverable is handed over, but approval and payment take their time.
How it works with inbord
Your client gets a link. Everything else happens in their space.
- 1
The intake questionnaire
Goals, context, key figures, contacts: your client answers before the first meeting.
- 2
Documents in one place
Accounts, pricing, org chart: you list what you need, your client uploads, and inbord follows up if nothing arrives.
- 3
Deliverables and their approval
Assessment, action plan, training materials: uploaded, read, approved in one click. Your client follows the engagement's progress.
- 4
Payment and reminders
Optionally, deposit and balance by card, held until approval.
The questions to ask in your brief
What a good brief should ask, for consultants. With inbord, your client answers in their space, and you reuse the questionnaire on every project.
- What result do you expect at the end of the engagement?
- What have you already tried, and what didn't work?
- Which figures measure the current situation?
- Who are the contacts, and who decides?
- Which documents already exist (offer, processes, org chart)?
- What scheduling constraints should we know about?
Your questions
Are my clients' documents confidential?
Yes. Files are stored in a private space, hosted in France, and only open through short-lived signed links. Nobody finds them without the space link.
I'm a coach, I don't have “deliverables”. Is it still useful?
The intake questionnaire, documents between sessions and tracking the coaching are often reason enough. Your session notes can be the deliverables.
Does my client need to install anything?
No. They open a link in their browser, with no account and no password, on desktop or mobile.
