inbord for graphic designers
An online space for your clients: creative brief, references and concept approval
With inbord, you open a space for each of your clients. Your client fills in the creative brief, uploads their references, approves or comments on each of your concepts and downloads the final files. They get in through a link, without creating an account.
Free, no credit card. Your client has no account to create.

The usual problems
The brief is incomplete
Your client's expectations, and above all what they don't want, often only surface after the first concepts.
References are scattered
Moodboards, screenshots and examples come in by email, chat and social media.
Versions multiply
Concepts travel as attachments and are discussed in separate threads. You lose track of the chosen version.
How it works with inbord
Your client gets a link. Everything else happens in their space.
- 1
Your client fills in the creative brief
Business, audience, values, references, and above all what they don't want. Your client answers before the first concept.
- 2
Your client uploads their references
Moodboards, photos, old materials: your client drops it all into their space.
- 3
Your client approves or comments on each concept
Each concept is uploaded, discussed and approved in the space. The chosen version stays identified.
- 4
You deliver the final files
Vector logo, variations, guidelines: everything is delivered in one place. Optionally, a deposit paid by card is held until delivery.
The questions to ask in your brief
What a good brief should ask, for graphic designers. With inbord, your client answers in their space, and you reuse the questionnaire on every project.
- What does your business do, in one sentence, and for whom?
- What words should come to mind when people see your identity?
- Which brands or identities do you like, and why?
- What do you definitely not want (colors, styles, symbols)?
- Where will the identity be used?
- Who approves the concepts, and how many directions do you expect?
Your questions
Can my client comment on a concept without emailing me?
Yes. On each concept, they choose “Approve” or “Request changes”, with their note attached to the file. Everything else happens in the project's messages, in the same place.
Does the space carry my logo or inbord's?
With the Pro plan, the space carries your brand: your logo, your color.
Can I reuse my brief from one client to the next?
Yes. You build your brief once, with your questions, and reuse it for every new project.
