inbord for photographers

An online space for your clients: shoot brief, deposit and photo delivery

With inbord, you open a space for each of your clients. Your client fills in the shoot brief, uploads their documents, pays the deposit if you ask for one and downloads their photos. They get in through a link, without creating an account.

Free, no credit card. Your client has no account to create.

What time are you arriving for the getting-ready shots?

1:30 PM at your place. A first selection is in your deliverables!

    Deposit · date booking

Paid by card, held until approval

    €600
Fictional example of an inbord client space for photographers.

    The usual problems

    Information arrives through several channels

The timeline, the group shot list and the inspiration come in by email, text and social media. You have to pull it all together before the shoot.

The deposit has to be chased

Until the transfer arrives, you have to follow up with your client and keep checking your account.

Clients ask where their photos are

During editing, your client can't see the progress and emails you to ask when it'll be delivered.

    How it works with inbord

Your client gets a link. Everything else happens in their space.

    1. 1

Your client fills in the brief

Timeline, locations, people not to miss, group shots, the mood they want. You set the questions once and reuse them for every wedding.

    2. 2

      The deposit paid by card

Optionally, your client pays the deposit right in their space. You don't have to chase it.

    3. 3

      Your client follows the progress

“In progress”, “Delivered”: your client sees where their gallery stands, and you message them in the same place.

    4. 4

      You deliver the photos

You upload the selection, then the full gallery, up to 50 GB per file. Your client downloads, approves in one click, and can leave you a review.

The questions to ask in your brief

What a good brief should ask, for photographers. With inbord, your client answers in their space, and you reuse the questionnaire on every project.

    • What's the timeline for the day, hour by hour?
    • Which group shots do you absolutely want, and with whom?
    • Are there people to photograph as a priority (grandparents, best man, maid of honor)?
    • What style are you after: posed, natural, documentary?
    • Are there restrictions at the venues (no flash during the ceremony, set times)?
    • Who's your point of contact on the day, if we need to find each other?

    Your questions

Do my clients need an account to see their photos?

No. They get a link, they click, they're in their space. No account, no password.

Can I deliver a full gallery in high resolution?

Yes, up to 50 GB per file. Uploads go in chunks and resume on their own if the connection drops.

How does the card deposit work?

It's optional. You set the amount, your client pays in their space, and the money is held until they approve the delivery. You don't have to use it: many keep their usual contract and bank transfer.
